Effective Date: [June 14, 2024]
By accessing or using CraftPilot's website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. This agreement outlines your rights, responsibilities, and limitations as a user of our back-office solutions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. By using CraftPilot’s website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. This agreement outlines your rights, responsibilities, and limitations as a user of our back-office solutions. Please read these terms carefully.
Services Provided
CraftPilot offers a variety of back-office support services, including administrative support, bookkeeping, project management, and other business process outsourcing tailored to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). The services you have access to are determined by the subscription plan you choose and are defined within the scope of that agreement. Any services beyond what is specified in your selected plan are not included.
CraftPilot reserves the right to modify or discontinue certain services, but will provide prior notice of any material changes.
Scope of Services
CraftPilot provides operational support services designed to assist with general administrative, financial, and project-related functions commonly required by small to medium-sized businesses. These services are subscription-based and defined within structured tiers. All service delivery is governed by the parameters outlined in this agreement and in CraftPilot’s publicly posted service documentation.
Standard Services
Standard tasks include, but are not limited to: calendar management, data entry, basic bookkeeping, light financial reporting, client/vendor communication, document preparation, and other routine operational or administrative tasks. The specific deliverables per client are based on the selected service tier and defined task limits.
Service Limitations & Exclusions
CraftPilot does not provide services that require professional licensure, legal or tax advice, regulated financial services, complex systems integration, software development, or any other service that exceeds the scope of general operations support.
Tasks that are highly specialized, subjective, or require advanced domain expertise — such as deep marketing strategy, legal drafting, accounting compliance, tax filing, or software engineering — are excluded unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
CraftPilot retains full discretion to evaluate whether a requested task falls within the scope of standard services. Any task that is vague, excessively complex, or outside the boundaries of typical back-office operations may be declined, modified, or require a separate agreement.
Right to Refuse Service
CraftPilot reserves the right to decline any service request that:
Exceeds the scope of the client’s selected subscription tier
Requires skillsets or tools not currently supported by our team
Violates our internal policies, ethical standards, or operational guidelines
Interferes with the delivery timelines or quality standards of other clients
CraftPilot also reserves the right to suspend or terminate service to any client at its sole discretion if repeated out-of-scope requests are made or if cooperation from the client becomes unreasonable or disruptive to operations.
